I have a strict cancellation policy: If you cancel 2 days before your scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged 50% of your total service! If you cancel 1 day before your scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged 75% of the total service! Lastly, If you cancel the day of the scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the total service. If you DO NOT show up to your appointment and you did not call or cancel, your card on file WILL be charged 100% of the service you selected. Please make sure you understand that this is a non-refundable cancellation fee. Your card on file will be charged unless an emergency comes up, then no fee will be charged. Please be considerate and cancel 48+ hours before your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that it is NOT my responsibility for what card you choose to place on file. Furthermore, If you cancel more than 3 times I will no longer service you as a client. *PLEASE READ* After 15 minutes of being late, there is a possibility of not being able to perform the service, and a rescheduling will take place! Please be aware that for every 30 minutes you are late for your appointment time, there is an additional $30 added to your service (IF) you can be serviced! If you are late more than three times, you will no longer be serviced as a client!
